At what age can my child participate in VBS?
VBS is open to children 3 years old through rising 5th grade.
*Nursery childcare for infants through 2-year-olds is available for those who choose to volunteer. You will register for nursery childcare with your volunteer registration not the child registration.*
My child just completed 5th grade what can he or she do?
We would love for your rising 6th grader to help volunteer. Many of our youth students will be volunteering and it is a good way for them to get to know our youth leaders and students. You can register them as a minor volunteer through the volunteer registration form.
What time does drop-off and pick-up begin?
There is a 15-minute grace period before and after VBS. Drop-off as early as 8:45AM and pick-up no later than 12:15PM.
Will my child be served a meal?
No. We will not be serving full meals and will only provide snacks that coordinate with the daily theme and lesson.
What if my child has a food sensitivity or allergy?
When you register your child there will be a place where you can let us know about allergies and other important medical info. We will do our best to accommodate allergies and sensitivities, but if we cannot find a good substitute you will be notified and may need to send your child with their own snacks.
