Quick overview of COVID-Related Info

Masks are highly recommended:

As a church family and community, we continue to battle Covid together.  The best way to lower your risk and help others is to 1) get vaccinated, 2) stay home if you are sick or experiencing symptoms, and 3) if you test positive, inform the community health department so they can begin background tracing.

The most common spread of the virus is through air-borne transmission. The Commission strongly urges and highly recommends the wearing of masks when indoors or in close quarters, wash hands frequently, stay spaced when possible, stay home if you feel sick or experience any respiratory symptoms and get vaccinated.  If you have been exposed, or in close contact with a positive case or someone symptomatic, you should seek testing 5 days after the exposure. (Close contact is being exposed for 15 minutes or more cumulative time in 24 hours).

The Commission is constantly studying the data, trends and research.  Our goal is to offer as many ministry opportunities as possible with the lowest possible risk to the congregation.  We are thankful for the medical expertise on our team, for your patience and prayers as we move along, and for the protection and grace shown to us by our Sovereign God.

Children’s Church during Worship Services

Children’s Church for PreK-1st grade kids is offered during the 11am Worship Services. At Children’s Church kids will become familiar with what happens in corporate worship and enjoy fellowship with one another through a short Bible lesson, activities, games, and crafts.
Preregistration is not required, but is available! Because children under the age of 12 cannot be vaccinated, all nursery workers and volunteers in the nursery and under 12 year old classes must wear face masks.

Nursery (for ages infant to 3 yrs)

A staffed Nursery (infant to 3 yrs by Aug. 9, 2020) is offered during the Worship Services. Our staff are excited to begin loving on our youngest congregants as parents are worshiping. Preregistration is available but not required. Check-in will be required to help us staff the nursery appropriately. Our Nursery Staff will practice masking and thorough, regular cleaning in the nursery rooms. Visitors are welcome at both services, and we reserve space each week for “walk-ins”.
